Planning to get a head start on your FY25 Year-End Fact Sheet? If so, keep the following points in mind:
- The Fact Sheet application will allow you to begin creating your FY25 Fact Sheet at approximately 8:00 AM on Tuesday, July 1.
- At that time, an email will be sent to financial managers of the applicable self-supporting and service plan funds, notifying them that they may begin creating and submitting their Fact Sheets.
- Although FY25 Fact Sheets cannot be created or submitted before July 1, you can begin tracking any known deferrals (such as prepaid expenses and unearned revenue) using the FY25 Fact Sheet Excel Attachment, available on our Year-End Fact Sheets webpage.
