The new TrainingHub LMS launched on Monday, November 24 as planned. However, several issues arose that negatively impacted the user experience. We have resolved issues related to course links, automated communications, and registration, and overall functionality is now working as expected. The only remaining issue affecting users is related to web browser performance when closing online courses.
Until further notice, we recommend using Edge or Chrome while accessing the TrainingHub LMS. We are currently addressing an intermittent issue with Firefox and Safari that causes delays when closing an online course and may result in progress not being saved.
We expect this issue to be resolved by Monday, December 1, and we will provide another update at that time.
