The Moms Association awards merit scholarships and awards annually. For their Centennial Celebration this year, the Moms are giving away 100 scholarships of $1,000 to UIUC students. On top of their scholarships, the Moms award a Mom of the Year, an Illini Spirit Award to a project, program, or organization that promotes the growth and development of UIUC students, the Medallion of Honor to a woman with affiliation to the university who has enriched the lives of others, and a Humanitarian Award presented to an undergraduate and a graduate student who has performed outstanding and innovative service within the local community.
