"My fitness philosophy is about keeping you healthy and increasing longevity. My training methods not only consist of giving you workouts and teaching you proper form, but also teaching you how each exercise impacts your body and health! I am an Undergraduate Kinesiology major with a triple minor in Psychology, Business, and Music; striving to be an Occupational Therapist in the future. This will be my second year working as a Personal Trainer."
