My love for fitness began at a young age through active involvement in track and field, basketball, volleyball, cheerleading, and cross country. These experiences sparked an interest and gave me the confidence and reassurance that I could effectively guide others and make a meaningful impact through my interpersonal style. My goal is to design enjoyable and efficient workouts that help clients stay consistent and motivated.
