This 90-minute symposium is a multidisciplinary perspective of Trauma in the Workplace. A practice-oriented session, using a lens of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA), it will give a quick overview of what is Trauma, how it matters in the life of an individual, a supportive team, as well as an organization. As an outcome, you will be able to visualize an IDEA-based approach in implementing an empathetic care program.
