We are pleased to announce a new browsing group access option for our Amazon Business account, specifically designed for employees who need to view pricing but do not have a University Purchasing Card (PCard).
Historically, access to the Amazon Business account has required a PCard. We understand that many of you need to access contract pricing information for planning, budgeting, and other operational purposes without the need to make purchases directly.
Therefore, we have implemented a new "Browse Only" access group. This group allows designated employees to view contract pricing and product details without the ability to place orders.
Here's how it works:
- For employees who are NOT PCard holders: You can now request "Browse Only" access to view contract pricing.
- Please submit your request on the U-Pay Amazon for Business page.
Upon approval, you will be granted access to the "Browse Only" group.
This new browsing group option streamlines access to essential pricing information, ensuring that everyone who needs it can obtain it efficiently.
We believe this change will improve transparency and facilitate better planning across our organization.
