The UI Health ID Office is open on December 23, 27, and 30 and on January 2 and 3. Chicago ID Center West inside Student Center West reopens Monday, January 6.
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm
- Friday: 8:00 am to 11:00 am and 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
The ID Office is a walk-in service. No appointment is necessary.
