It’s time to report your NLRS resources and outreach activities. We appreciate your partnership and willingness to share this requested information.
Download the Excel spreadsheet templates from the links below. Most organizations will use either the agriculture or the stormwater template. However, if your organization devotes resources and outreach to both sectors, download both and report your information on the respective spreadsheets.
Rename the file(s) using your organization's name. Please return them to NLRS@illinois.edu by EOB Friday, January 31, 2025.

Each organization represented in NLRS working groups, or otherwise involved in implementation, is asked to record resources and outreach activities from January – December 2024. The Excel spreadsheets include tabs for “Financial & Staff” and “Outreach” data.
Key things to note:
- This information will be used in the next Illinois NLRS update to the US EPA and posted on the Illinois EPA NLRS webpage.
- We want one Excel file per sector, per organization. As mentioned, complete two spreadsheets if your organization has resources and outreach for both sectors.
- Include virtual activities in their respective categories (e.g., virtual field days should be entered in the "Field Days" category).
- Point Sources (IAWA) and SWCDs should use their respective organizations' Excel file spreadsheets instead of these.
