It's important to review the emails being sent from Webtools because sometimes people make mistakes and continue to make them if they aren't corrected.
This video explains the steps of how to prepare Email IDs to review them for problems. These problems include:
1. Using an outdated/off-brand skin
2. Not deselecting 'Top and Bottom Padding' and having space between their skins and their H1 orange banners
3. Having too much space at the bottom of their emails
4. Not formatting their large header images to sit flush against the top and sides of the email.
5. Having a line/border around their skin
6. A too-wide (broken) email - caused by lines, footer elements, links, etc.
