Since October is Emotional Intelligence Awareness Month, this post goes into detail on the importance of emotional intelligence and how to effectively use it in leadership.

Through his involvement in these jobs, he's realized that leadership is less of a role and more a mindset. Leadership is awareness, honesty, and a willingness to connect with others.
