UC @ Illinois is a campus-wide technological initiative at the Urbana-Champaign campus to replace telephone, email, and calendaring services for faculty and staff. The initiative improves the technology upon which these services are based and provides a substantial reduction in the cost of these services. UC @ Illinois has been developed in keeping with the recommendations of the Stewarding Excellence IT Committee.
All faculty, staff, and graduate and professional students are invited to UC @ Illinois Day, Spring 2011. The day will include general information on the status of UC @ Illinois and some demonstrations of how the new email, calendaring, and voice services work together in the UC environment. Four identical 90-minute sessions are being offered. No registration is required.
