The State Department of Central Management Services (CMS) has announced that there will be two Benefit Choice Enrollment periods this year. The first Benefit Choice Period was held from Thursday, May 1 through Saturday, May 31, 2008, with elections effective July 1, 2008. A second Benefit Choice Period will be held at a later date.
