From JPMorgan Chase:
We are excited to announce some of our new undergrad diversity programs targeting Freshmen and Sophomores for 2017. We are rolling out two programs: The Freshman Experience and the Sophomore Development Fellowship. Attached are the program flyer and FAQs for each program.
The Freshman Program will introduce and educate diverse students about the financial services industry and JPMC. The Sophomore Development Fellowship will develop and train students on their professional skills (analytical, technical and communications skills).
Program qualifications: Both programs are open to students who have a cumulative 3.2 GPA or above who self-identify as Black, Hispanic or Native America and expect to graduate in 2020 for the Freshman Experience or 2019 for the Sophomore Development Fellowship. Students from all majors who meet the criteria are encouraged to apply.
Applications are now open.
