    NAVAL RESEARCH INTERNSHIPS
    The deadline for the online application process is January 6, 2014 for the Naval Research Enterprise Internship program, a 10-week summer research opportunity for undergraduate rising sophomores, juniors, seniors, and graduate students. Interns work under the guidance of a mentor at a participating Navy laboratory. Stipends are highly competitive.     This ten-week, Washington, DC based summer internship will strengthen your work in research and will allow you to enhance your professional skills.

  • 2013 Naval Research Internship Opportunities

    *Application Deadline is January 7, 2013, 5:30 PM (EST)*

    This 10-week internship with the Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP) will provide undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to participate in research at a participating Navy laboratory.

    Stipend:  Sophomores - $5,385.; Juniors and Seniors - $8,075.; Graduate Students - $10,750.

     

  • The Center for Energy Efficient Electronics Science (E3S) Internship Programs at UC Berkeley, MIT, and Stanford: June 9 - August 10, 2013; Application Deadline is February 1, 2013

    This 9 week internship is aimed at rising sophomores, juniors, and non-graduating seniors who are engineering and physical science majors with a 3.25 GPA or better and an interest in pursuing a Ph.D. in science and engineering. Students must be US citizens or permanent residents. This opportunity will provide real-world experience working with E3S researchers in the development of materials and devices for ultra-low energy electronics (www.e3s-center.org/research/). E3S strongly encourages students from historically under-represented groups in science and engineering to apply.     The NSF/INRIA REUSSI program is now accepting applications for 2013 
    INRIA research internships in France. The NSF will fund travel to and 
    from France, and INRIA will pay each selected student a monthly stipend
