IDHS is soliciting public comments regarding proposed changes for approval as required by Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) that addresses services for children birth to 3 years of age with developmental disabilities or delays and their families.  You may view the proposed changes by clicking on the link below.  These proposed changes will be posted for 60 days beginning Monday, February 26, 2024.
