Due to the lack of a state budget and a fully executed agreement for services beyond June 30th, the University of Illinois has directed EITP to limit program activities as of July 1, 2015. Our upcoming events have unfortunately been cancelled. All registrants will be receiving an email notification to this effect. Registration fees will be refunded, when applicable. EITP will be taking calls daily from 8:30am- 12:00pm, continuing to support and offer our online training modules, and will be accepting credit requests. As soon as we receive word that we can resume services, we will post events and open them for registration.
We deeply regret having to take this action and recognize the impact this has on stakeholders attempting to access professional development activities. Despite the uncertainties within our State right now, EITP remains optimistic that the legislature will approve a state budget soon allowing us all to return to business as usual and direct our attention to supporting children and families in Illinois.
