EITP is proud to share the Interactive Child and Family Connections (CFC) Map Resource, a reference tool to identify a CFC 's areas of service and relevant contact information (e.g. fax number, website) using pinpoints on the map of Illinois, allowing those in the Illinois Early Intervention system to quickly and visually find the information they need about the local CFC office.
