Pursuant to Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) as amended in 2011, the Illinois Department of Human Services is posting the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2017 Annual State Application Under Part C of IDEA. Part C of IDEA addresses services for children birth to 3 years of age with developmental disabilities or delays and their families. The application will be posted at least 60 days prior to being submitted.

Public comment will be taken on the application for 30 days. Comments will be accepted beginning March 1, 2017. All comments must be received in writing by close of business on March 30, 2017. Copies of the Application are available for review by the public at all 25 CFC offices.
