Congratulations to those of you graduating in December 2014!  (If you’re not graduating in December 2014, please ignore this message.)  A few of you have told us you will be graduating at the end of this semester, but please contact Elizabeth Rockman at rockman@illinois.edu by October 10, 2014 with the following information from all December 2014 graduates to ensure you get certified for graduation cords (whether you’re walking now or in May 2015), and/or to keep in touch for the CHP Yearbook and Newsletter!

Please e-mail rockman@illinois.edu with confirmation (or re-confirmation) that you’re graduating this December, with the following information:

*Attach the most recent electronic version of your resume

*Summarize just a few lines about what you’re doing beginning in January 2015 and beyond (even if subject to change)

*Provide an e-mail address that will be good for you for at least the six months after you graduate

Otherwise, also please answer:

*Will you be walking in 12/14 or 5/15?  (Even if you choose not to walk in a graduation ceremony, if you have fulfilled all requirements, you will still receive your CHP graduation cords.)

*If you require approval for a substitution of some kind, have you discussed that with Elizabeth Rockman, or followed through with what has previously been discussed?

Please note that all graduates (August 2014, December 2014, and May 2015) and their family will be invited to a CHP Graduation Reception in their honor on Friday, May 15, 2015.
