The Illini Union’s Office of Volunteer Programs (OVP) will hold its annual Holiday Gift Drive Monday, December 1, 2014 through Monday December 15, 2014.
Participants are encouraged to donate new, unwrapped toys, books or gift cards of no more than $15.00 in value. Visit http://union.illinois.edu/OVP for a full list of donation suggestions. Items that have small pieces, violence encouragement or racial and gender stereotypes will not be accepted. At the conclusion of the drive, donations will be distributed to human service agencies in Champaign County.
Holiday Toy Drive Performance
On Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. in the Illini Union Courtyard Cafe, a group of RSOs will be hosting a performance event for the Holiday Toy Drive. Attendees are encourage to donate a toy for admission for the on-going collection.
