Service on these committees is a challenging and satisfying way for students to enhance their academic experience. In addition to the actual review of discipline cases, training activities help committee members enhance their abilities to organize time, develop critical thinking skills and to improve communication skills. Some students who have served on the committee have achieved great success in law school and other professional careers. Many students felt that their experience on the committee made a definite positive impact on their abilities to interview articulately and confidently.
