A special Girl's Day Tea Ceremony will be offered on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at noon and 1:00 p.m. $8 per person ($6 for Tomonokai and UI students, girls 10 and under are free with an adult), reservations are required and space is limited.
Girl's Day Craft Session on Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 2:30 p.m. New this year will be a craft session for children (suggested ages 6-10) highlighting Girl's Day and traditional Japanese crafts! Reservations required, space is limited, $6 per child.
Wagashi Workshop with Kimiko Gunji: Learn the delights of Japanese sweetmaking on Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. Call to make a reservation. $20 for Tomonokai and UI students, $25 for all others.
Traditional tea ceremonies will also be offered on Thursdays (except during Spring Break): March 5, 12 and 19th, as well as on Saturday, March 21, 2015 at 2:00 and 3:00. Call for reservations!
