Illini Mentor Program is a registered student organization of the University of Illinois dedicated to fostering meaningful and consistent mentoring relationships between University students and children in the local community with the goal of supporting learning, growth, skill-building, and interracial and cultural understanding. Explore your strengths and build leadership skills by taking an active role in promoting positive youth development. Mentors can pick their days from Tuesday 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. or Wednesday 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. or Saturday 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. and work at either Dr. Williams Elementary School or Don Moyers Boys and Girls Club.
