Enjoy this opportunity to stop in and visit Japan House throughout the week at your leisure. They will be open during the day (11-4 during the week and 10-4 on the weekend) so that you can stop in at any time during the day to view the collections in a gallery setting. You will see examples of kimonos, tea equipment, calligraphy works by Professor Sato's advanced calligraphy students and more. Free demonstrations and/or tea ceremonies will also take place each afternoon. You may purchase a bowl of freshly whisked matcha tea and a sweet, served cafe style (not as part of a tea ceremony), for only $5 before the afternoon presentations each day.
