Look around you – the campus is full of people who come from different backgrounds and have different beliefs and values. Differences can either be a source of great strength or the reason for divisions. INCLUSION engages with and unpacks concepts such as equity, equality, diversity, inclusion and bias. Through activity-based learning, INCLUSION teaches how to be a leader by understanding and embracing these differences.
