Calling all environmentalists! Calling students interested in Native American tribal affairs!
The Udall Scholarship awards $7,000 to sophomores or juniors committed to a career related to the environment *OR* to Native American sophomores or juniors interested in tribal policy or health care. Applicants must be U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, or U.S. permanent residents.
A successful applicant will have a GPA of 3.0 or higher and demonstrate leadership and a commitment to service. The National and International Scholarships office is looking to nominate students who are taking action to address environmental concerns or concerns related to Native American tribal affairs. The University of Illinois may nominate up to six candidates for the award; if you are considering applying, the campus deadline is 12pm noon, February 7, 2018.
