The Perfectionism Workshop is Wednesdays from 1:00 – 2:30 p.m. in Room 44, Counseling Center. This four-session skills-based workshop is designed to help students learn strategies for coping with perfectionism. Students are strongly encouraged to attend all four sessions to fully benefit from the workshop.

April 11: Changing Perfectionistic Thinking
April 18: Changing Perfectionistic Behaviors
April 25: Balance and Self-Acceptance
