Focusing on the "4 R's", reduce, reuse, recycle and respect, Japan House has gathered unique items and accessories from friends around the world and will be offering them for sale to you in order to give them new life. In addition to those treasures, and a few items imported from Japan, the Japan House Interns have been working hard to create handmade crafts for sale. The Bazaar is packed with an incredible array of uniquely beautiful items, such as Asian pottery, kimono and yukata, origami crafts, handmade items, traditional American quilts, scarves, scrolls, posters, scrolls, books, prints, tea and chado equipment, jewelry, gift certificates, and more!
The Bazaar is free and open to all! Stop by as many times as you wish! This is a family friendly event, and there is definitely something for everyone. Japan House is located at 2000 S. Lincoln in Urbana.
