Ongoing Research Opportunity (Fall 2020 - )
Dr. Chin seeks undergraduate students to assist with conducting user studies to examine how adults work with machines (such as smart speakers, decision support systems, etc.) to complete complex cognitive activities (such as decision-making, learning). Any students who are interested in human-computer interaction and cognitive sciences are welcome. This research opportunity is for credit; students can choose the number of credit hours that accommodate to their weekly availabilities. All work will be conducted remotely.
Students majoring in Psychology or Educational Psychology preferred; however, students from all majors will be considered.
No prior skills, knowledge, or experience necessary. Previous experience with human subject research is preferred.
