A research team with the Gies Business Research Lab is eager to learn more about consumer purchasing behaviors at various channels such as a retail store and a flea market.
Job Description:
The team requires assistance in (1) collecting responses from customers on Oct 14 and (2) coding these survey responses by Oct 20. Selected research assistants will be paid $14/hour for their work. Specifically, they need:
- Four students to intercept consumers with a one-page survey. The students will need to communicate with people and ask them to fill out the survey. Expect to take up to 7 hours (pay of approximately $98)
- One student to help with data coding. The student will enter the paper survey data collected at the markets into an excel sheet. Expect to take up to 5 hours (pay of approximately $70).
