• Football season opener moved from Dublin to Champaign

  The 2021 season opening football game between the Fighting Illini and Cornhuskers will not be played in Dublin, Ireland, due to COVID-19. The game will still be played on Aug. 28, but now it will be held at Memorial Stadium.
