Join Illinois students, faculty and staff as we host thousands of elementary, middle and high school students, as well as their parents, for public open house events on March 9 & 10.
Engineering Open House is an annual student-led event featuring two days of exciting exhibits and captivating competitions that showcase the talent and ingenuity of engineering students at the University of Illinois.
The event is open to the public at no cost. Families, students, and community members are invited to come and experience the atmosphere of innovation and creativity.
This year's Explore ACES will be more hands-on and interactive than ever before. ALL AGES are welcome to join us for a variety of activities on Friday, March 9th. On Saturday, March 10th, we invite admitted students and high school juniors interested in Agricultural Education; Agricultural Communication; Natural Resource and Environmental Sciences; Food Science and Human Nutrition; or Animal Sciences to spend the day learning about their major or major of interest.
Meet in the Lobby in front of the Ticket Office to take a peek inside each of our theatres and learn more about Krannert Center. Each tour is given by a student staff member who will tell you about the history of the building, the unique designs of each performance space, and how the Center operates. The tour will lead you into the theatres, onto the stages, and take you through the production areas of Krannert Center.
