The "Sponsored" Webtool will allow any faculty or staff to add access as needed. This access will enable the "Create" button in each of the Webtools. To add access Go to More/Sponsored in Webtools and add the user's netid and name. The user will be added with the same unit and department as the person adding them. To add them to a different unit please have a staff member from that unit add them. Undergradutate student access in Webtools Undgergraduate students have access to anything that has been assigned to them, however they cannot create new Webtools. In order for a student worker to see the 'create' button they must be added with staff access. The person adding them takes full responsibility for all content created by this account. External access For external access first ask your local IT department to set up a Net ID for the individual. Once that is complete then add the netid in the new Webtool.
