Before any from address domain can be used in Email+ two things need to happen. A record needs to be added with SocketLabs, our email vendor. And Web Services needs to add the domain to a database (after its added by the vendor).
Steps for adding an Email+ from address domain:
- Have a high level IT professional associated with the domain/college/school/unit send an email to consult@illinois.edu
- The SUBJECT of the email should be: New Email+ from address domain
- Include the email content below
- Replace "YOUR_DOMAIN" with your new from address domain
- Notify Lance Campbell, lance@illinois.edu when this request has been completed

Hello,
I am an IT Pro. Please send this email to the Email Relays/ Exchange Group.
Please add the email domain @YOUR_DOMAIN.illinois.edu to the SocketLabs sub accounts:
