Mike Firmand is the Associate Director, Career & Professional Development in the Graduate College. He spoke with Saloni Chawla, who received her Master's degree in Landscape Architecture in 2018. Saloni won the Illinois ASLA Honor Award in 2018, Merit Award in 2017, and as a University of Illinois Ryerson fellow, traveled in Europe to research landscapes of pilgrimage.
