Monika Bohm of the Global Center for Species Survival, a relatively new partnership between the International Union for the Conservation of Nature's Species Survival Commission and the Indianapolis Zoo, will give an overview of those organizations and highlight some of the Global Center’s work, especially from a freshwater (and invertebrate) perspective. The Global Center is designed to support and connect thousands of conservation experts in more than 160 countries. This seminar is sponsored by the Illinois Natural History Survey.
