Term/Grade: Full Time
Major Duties:
- Responsible for general plant culture of woody container and field grown products
- Monitors and maintains the fertilizer concentration in the irrigation solution
- Able to manage greenhouse environment for optimal plant growth
- Familiarity with techniques of seed and cutting propagation
- Understands basic diseases and insect pests of horticultural products
- Responsible for the management of and reporting on plant inventory
- Collaborate with upper management on operational problem solving
- Responsible for the collection and analysis of data for research and development
- Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
- Training, reviewing, and implementing Standard Operational Procedures (SOP’s)
