The Lewis & Clark National Forest will soon be filling one Pathways NTE Administrative Support Student Trainee. This is a not to exceed temporary student position located in Great Falls, MT.
Duties:
The position has responsibility for accomplishing a variety of administrative duties including, but not limited to the following:
- Typing manifest forms to catalog Forest records in preparation of sending them to the Records Center.
- Preparing and boxing Forest records and sending to the Records Center.
- Scanning and copying projects for Program and Project Managers.
- Cover the Information Desk and Telephone which serves the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management
- May use database or spreadsheet software to enter, revise, sort, or calculate and retrieve data for standard reports.
- Provides general clerical support to a variety of resource areas, and other duties as assigned.
Work Schedule:
I am looking for someone to work Monday – Friday, for 20 hours/week. This job is temporary and will be from December 2015 – April 2016. There will be flexibility to work around school schedule.
