Positions will start at $43,500, jump to $45,631 (when beginner conservation planner training is completed takes roughly 3 months) then to $50,704 with Level 1 training completed during second year and $56,154 with Level 3 NRCS Conservation Planner training completed (during third year). We will coordinate the training needs for all conservation planners in collaboration with the NRCS field staff.
