Annual State Grant Applications for the state of Illinois' Department of Human Services (IDHS) Bureau of Early Intervention. IDHS has submitted the applications, pursuant to Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) as amended in 2011. This application addresses services for children birth to 3 years of age with developmental disabilities or delays and their families. The application will be posted at least 60 days prior to being submitted.
