Spring 2017 International Student Etiquette Dinner
Monday, April 24th, 6:00- 8:00 PM, Illini Union Room 314B
Only 10 seats left! This is an opportunity to meet other international students and learn table manners. There are manners that you need to follow, especially at a formal dinner that we do not talk about in class. The Career Center sponsors half of the cost for international students. Students only need to pay 15 USD. Dinner includes soup, salad, an entrée, rolls, dessert, and a sparkling juice toast. You MUST finish the registration process before this event. Interns and Mentors at YMCA of the University of Illinois (on campus)

The Model Risk Management (MRM) group at Goldman Sachs is a multidisciplinary group of quantitative experts at Goldman Sachs with presence in New York, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Bangalore. The MRM group looks for people with strong quantitative and technological background with a good understanding and interest in the financial markets. HR Assistant at University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh (Oshkosh, WI)
The incumbent will provide a range of administrative support to include; assisting biweekly payroll and student employment, supporting benefit administration, providing assistance with criminal background checks, updating the Office of Human Resources website, and will assist with a range of special projects to include the UW System title and compensation restructuring. 2017 Summer Break Job Shadow Program
Are you looking for opportunities to know more about some particular jobs? The Career Center organizes a job shadow event for you. Job shadow is one of the best methods to help you learn about the daily practice of the particular job. The Job Shadow program is a one-day commitment between May 16 – June 10, 2017.
