For all International Students on campus it is critical to identify what elements of self-care due to academic pressure - it is natural to ignore self-care at times. This is a great, friendly, effective way to make contact with diverse students, chat with advisors and staffs from campus units, play games, and get inquiries answered! Moreover, by attending five sessions students will get a prize in the lounge.
