Outstanding Achievement and Completion Rate at the International Student - Career Certificate (CC-I) Program this Fall-2019
With the record breaking completion rate, 59 CC-I participants (out of 60) completed all the requirements including assigned milestones successfully, and obtained their CC-I Certificate. This time we have introduced newly formatted milestones along with improvisation-based approaches for developing networking and small talk skills. We would like to thank all the participants as well as small group facilitators for their constant diligence through the semester to make CC-I Fall 2019 a huge success.

Global Careers: Work Abroad Panel

This panel workshop is designed for students who are interested in working in the job market, either in the U.S., or their home countries. Panelists with work abroad experiences will speak about cultural differences and job search resources.
-Panelists Henry Craft: International Admission Officer with experiences in Indonesia and African countries Henry Craft was born and raised in Central Illinois but identifies as an International.
-Panelists Amanda Heinsman: Academic Advisor with 4 years of teaching experience in Russia Amanda Heinsman is currently the advisor to Secondary Education minors, but she has also taught English for nine years.
- Panelists Sydney Lazarus: Peace Corps Campus Recruiter with experiences in the Republic of Georgia and Macedonia Sydney works at the Career Center as the Peace Corps Campus Recruiter.
