Degrees will be awarded periodically between May 29-June 18, 2026. View your academic history in Self-Service to determine if your degree has been awarded. If you notice any discrepancies or have concerns, please contact your college office.

Transcript orders held for degrees will be released June 23. If you verify your degree has been awarded, you may email the Transcripts Unit to request release of your transcript order prior to June 23.

Diplomas will be received roughly 9 weeks after the conferral date. You will receive an email from the printing company once your diploma has been mailed. In order to check the status of your diploma or to order a duplicate or eDiploma, please visit Online Diploma Service. Please visit our website for more information or questions regarding diplomas and graduation.

If you place an order for an Official Transcript and select "hold for grades", your transcript will be released on Friday, June 1.

If you place an order for an Official Transcript and select "hold for degree", your transcript will be released on Tuesday, June 23.

Make sure to Apply to Graduate in Student Services by June 26! This will add your name to our pending degree list, and you'll receive more information about your graduation ceremonies later in the semester.

If you don't complete this step, the date of your degree award and diploma could be delayed.

Cancel your Summer 2026 registration for a full refund if none of your classes have started. Deadline: the day before your first class. Go to Student Self Service → “Summer Cancel Registration.”
