  Monday, January 19 at 11:59 PM Deadline to cancel registration (dropping all Spring 2026 classes) for full reversal of tuition and campus fees for classes scheduled in a regular semester.  For non-standard course offerings, deadline to cancel is the last day prior to start of instruction.

  Degrees will be awarded periodically between January 6-23, 2026. View your academic history in Self-Service to determine if your degree has been awarded, before ordering a transcript. If you notice any discrepancies or have concerns, please contact your college office.

  Transcript orders held for degrees will be released January 27th.  If you verify your degree has been awarded, you may email the Transcripts Unit to request release of your transcript order prior to January 27.

  Diplomas will be received roughly 9 weeks after the conferral date. You will receive an email from the printing company once your diploma has been mailed. In order to check the status of your diploma or to order a duplicate or eDiploma, please visit Online Diploma Service. • Transcript Orders - Hold for Grades or Diploma

  If you place an order for an Official Transcript and select "hold for grades", your transcript will be released on Friday, January 9.

  If you place an order for an Official Transcript and select "hold for degree", your transcript will be released on Tuesday, January 27.
