The 2020 Faculty and Staff Giving Campaign is Now Underway!
The Office of Advancement is asking all faculty and staff to consider making a gift to the College of Education fund of your choice.
Faculty Affairs Coordinator for the Dean’s Office, Amy Summers has been with the College for four years and chooses to give to the College via payroll, a pre-tax deduction.
“I give to the College so that our research, teaching, and public engagement programs are better supported. I am constantly amazed with the sense of community in the College, where brilliant scholars work side by side with staff members to create the best undergraduate and graduate experiences possible.”
Amy says that giving back to the College is important because any and all matter and cumulatively affect programming and scholarship.
“Giving makes our community stronger.”
Private support is more important than ever for our students, programs, and scholars. It is necessary to develop the tools, methods, and habits that inspire innovation; to make education equitable and accessible for all; and to prepare leaders, researchers, and passionate advocates committed to transforming learners of all ages.
“The College of Education not only houses robust and cutting-edge scholarship, it is truly a space where diversity, equity, and inclusion live. I am happy to contribute to its mission.”
Every gift impacts a student who walks through our doors. Together, we can accomplish educating future leaders in the College of Education. Make 2020 the year to start a payroll deduction that invests in the future of education.
