Are you looking for strategies to magnify the vibrancy and relevance of the humanities? Join us at the Chicago Humanities Summit to learn from, brainstorm with, and roll up your sleeves alongside trailblazing colleagues. Expanding on the conversation started by “The Heart of the Matter,” the official report from the Academy’s Commission on the Humanities and Social Sciences, this event homes in on our success stories, from idea generation to practical realization. At the heart of the Summit is a series of concurrently running "How-To" sessions. Facilitated by leading humanities scholars, they will showcase and workshop innovative programs, projects, and initiatives that take the humanities well beyond the academy.
