CSL Assistant Professor Maxim Raginsky received a $75,000 grant from the National Science Foundation (NSF) Center for Science of Information to investigate methods that process information in the space of beliefs, with the goal of enabling computers to make more accurate predictions with “soft” data while consuming less energy.
