The Impact of Covid-19 in Healthcare and Public Health Forum (Thursday, 10/15, @ 3:00-4:15pm) is the first part of the Health Professions Forum (HPF). A collaboration with Liberal Arts and Sciences, Applied Health Sciences, and Career Services, HPF is a collection of healthcare-focused programs designed to help students explore careers and connect with professionals working in hospitals, labs, education, non-profits, and other healthcare settings. During this first event, attendees can learn about the various career roles that focus on addressing a wide range of health topics that impact communities and populations, especially during this pandemic. Panelists will share how their work impacts various populations through their lens in hospital and non-profit settings.
