Native & Indigenous Women earn approximately $0.60 cents on the dollar and must work 9 extra months into the following year to make what White, non-Hispanic men make in a single year. We are gathering to share personal stories, celebrate self-advocacy, build networks of support, address the systemic barriers that promote the intersectional pay gaps, and speak into being new ways to thrive together.
Native & Indigenous Women Equal Pay Day is part of the Equal Pay Day Series which includes both tactical workshops and powerful speaker panels all in service to centering the conversation around the intersectional pay gap. The Equal Pay Day Series is powered by Kapor Capital, a social impact VC committed to closing gaps of access, opportunity, and outcomes across the tech space.
